Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive the item.

Any other return by mail is at the customer’s expense and postage is non-refundable.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, as they were sold with all tags intact.

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges if the product is returned with cosmetic stains, marks, aftershave, fake tan, or if the hygiene seal has been tampered with.

If you have lost your return form or postage label, please email help@splendid-garfish.10web.site to request a new one.

Please ensure you return the item in fully resalable condition and with the hang tag attached within 30 days of receipt.

All items should be carefully packed, in original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Kirby. is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

All items will be inspected upon return.

Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to process from the time the returned package is received.

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.

Any refunds will be automatically issued to the card you used to place the original order. This usually takes 5 business days, but may vary during busy times (including promotional periods). We will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible.
